2026 Student/ECP Application for Duluth Conference Grants
The Minnesota & Wisconsin Sections of the American Institute of Professional Geologists (AIPG) will be awarding several grants for both AIPG Student members and Early Career Professional (ECP) members this year for the AIPG Annual Conference that will be held in Duluth from August 29-September 2, 2026. - 6 Student member registrations for the Student/ECP Professional Workshop ($75 each).
- 3 Student member registrations for the full conference ($185 each), this includes the Student/ECP Professional Workshop. Students mush be
- 2 ECP member registrations for the Student/ECP Professional Workshop ($75 each) for ECP members who are not employed
- 2 ECP member registrations for the full conference ($345 each), this includes the Student/ECP Professional Workshop. ECPs must be a Minnesota Section member to be awarded the full conference grant
- 7 Field Trip grants ($150 each) for Student or ECP members in the MN, WI, ND, or MI Sections
AIPG Student membership is free. AIPG ECP membership is free the first year and then $77.50 (+ Section dues) per year. Full membership information and applications are available online: https://aipg.org/page/MembershipCategoriesandRequirements
Applications will be accepted through July 1, 2026. Winners will be notified by July 15, 2026. If you are selected for a grant, we will work with you on registration.
